Chill and Flow Technical Services – Terms and Conditions


1. Scope of Work

  • Chill and Flow Technical Services L.L.C. provides a range of services including, but not limited to, air conditioning maintenance, AC repairs, plumbing, and other related technical works as explicitly agreed upon in a signed quotationissued through our official booking management system.
  • Bookings may be made:
    • Directly through our official website, or
    • By contacting a team member via official WhatsApp on +971 52 165 9830.
  • Each booking must include a confirmed job number, which serves as the official reference for the scope and terms of service.
  • Any services not listed in the signed quotation will be treated as additional work and will incur separate charges.
  • Chill and Flow Technical Services L.L.C. reserves the right to recover costs for any additional services rendered beyond the agreed scope.
  • The company cannot be held liable for any work carried out outside of this agreement. Any such work will be deemed unsanctioned and unauthorized.

2. Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotations issued by Chill and Flow Technical Services L.L.C. are valid for five (5) calendar days from the date of issuance.
  • Final pricing may be adjusted following an on-site inspection, if any unforeseen conditions or additional service requirements are identified that were not covered in the original quotation.
  • Pricing is based on standard-sized villas. If the property is significantly larger or requires more time to complete the service, the final price will be adjusted proportionately based on the time and effort required.
  • Where:
    • (a) rooms or spaces are of non-standard size, and/or
    • (b) the customer requests the use of additional consumables or materials,
      any additional costs will be explained to the customer during the service and charged accordingly.
  • minimum labour charge of AED 200 (equivalent to one hour of service) applies to all bookings. After the first hour, billing will be calculated in 30-minute increments.
  • If additional time is required to complete the agreed services, this will be documented and communicated to the customer in advance. Chill and Flow Technical Services L.L.C. reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for any extra time incurred in delivering the service.

3. Booking and Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website www.800cnf.com or by contact a member of our support team +971 52 165 9830.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 10%, up to a maximum of AED 200.

4. Payment Terms

  • A 50% payment is required at the time of booking. 
  • Accepted payments: Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work.
  •  We accept Online Payment or Wire Transfers methods only.

5. Warranty

  • Workmanship Guarantee
    All service and repair work performed by Chill and Flow Technical Services LLC is covered by a 3-month workmanship guarantee from the date of completion.
  • Parts & Component Warranty
    Parts and components provided by Chill and Flow Technical Services LLC will carry manufacturer warranties if and where such warranties are supplied by the original manufacturer.
  • Limited Warranty on Specific Components
    Certain items — including, but not limited to, capacitors and valves — will be covered by a 3-month limited warranty underwritten directly by Chill and Flow Technical Services LLC.
  • Replacement Components
    Unless explicitly stated otherwise, replacement components and parts typically do not include manufacturer warranties. In these cases, Chill and Flow Technical Services LLC will underwrite a 3-month limited warranty on parts purchased and installed by our team.
  • Warranty Exclusions
    Warranties do not cover accidental damage, misuse, user-inflicted damage, or damage caused by external events such as floods, fires, or other natural disasters.
  • Warranty Void Conditions
    Warranty coverage will be considered void if the serviced unit has been tampered with, altered, or repaired by unauthorized personnel or third-party service providers.
  • Liability
    Chill and Flow Technical Services LLC shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect losses arising from part or system failure beyond the scope of these warranty conditions.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure access to the service area at the scheduled time.
  • Secure any pets, valuables, or sensitive areas before the technician's arrival.
  • Notify us in advance of any special building access or parking requirements.
  • Ensure an authorized person is present during both the initial inspection and upon completion of the work.

7. Liability

  • We shall not be held responsible or liable for any pre-existing defects, damages, or issues affecting the systems, equipment, or property serviced.
  • We shall not be liable for any underlying or latent issues that may be concealed by the current condition of the unit, which may become apparent following the completion of any service or work.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
  • Chill and Flow Technical Services L.L.C. operates in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates and maintains valid liability and workmen’s compensation insurance coverage.

8. Health & Safety

  • Our technicians follow strict safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Customers are expected to maintain a safe environment during service visits.
  • Adverse weather conditions may require work to be conducted in phases to ensure technician safety.

9. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays or service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
    • Weather conditions
    • Incidences out of our control 
    • Natural disasters
    • Power outages
    • Labor disputes

10. Termination of Service

  • Chill and Flow Technical Services LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases of:
    • Unsafe working conditions
    • Non-payment
    • Abusive or inappropriate behavior

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will be addressed in accordance with UAE laws and resolved amicably.
  • If an amicable resolution is not possible, the matter will be referred to the competent courts in Dubai.

12. Annual Service Plans

  • Pre-Activation Inspection
    An inspection report by Chill and Flow Technical Services LLC must be completed before any Annual Service Plan (ASP) is activated or agreed upon.
  • Defect Reporting
    Any defects identified during the inspection will be documented. These defects will be considered as additional services during future visits and are not included under the standard ASP coverage.
  • Critical Components
    Any critical components identified as defective must be rectified prior to ASP activation. Chill & Flow reserves the right to refuse or limit services if these critical issues are not addressed.
  • Scope of Services
    Chill and Flow Technical Services LLC commits to delivering all services specified within the ASP agreement in a timely and professional manner, subject to standard scheduling and availability.
  • Customer Responsibilities
    Customers must ensure suitable access to the property and availability for scheduled annual services as agreed in the ASP.
  • Right to Refuse Service
    Chill and Flow Technical Services LLC reserves the right to limit, suspend, or refuse services under the ASP if critical components identified during the initial inspection remain unrectified.
  • Cancellations & Refunds
    In the event of cancellation of the ASP, fees will be pro-rated based on services already delivered and administrative costs incurred. Refunds will be calculated accordingly, where applicable.
  • Amendments
    Chill and Flow Technical Services LLC reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time, provided such changes do not adversely affect already active ASP agreements.

13. Loyalty Reward Points

  • Eligibility
    Loyalty reward points are available for all bookings made through www.800cnf.com.
  • Earning Points
    Reward points are calculated at 5% of the paid booking value after applying any discounts or previously redeemed points.
  • Value of Points
    Each loyalty point holds a value equivalent to 1 AED.
  • Validity
    Loyalty points are valid for 12 months from the date they are issued. Expired points cannot be reinstated or extended.
  • Redemption
    Loyalty points may be redeemed against any Chill & Flow services booked through www.800cnf.com, subject to availability and standard service booking conditions. (excluding parts)
  • Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable
    Loyalty points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded in any form. Points are intended for the registered account holder only.
  • Partial Redemption
    If a booking value exceeds the available loyalty point balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an accepted payment method at the time of booking.
  • Fraud & Misuse
    Chill & Flow reserves the right to cancel or adjust loyalty points in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the program.
  • Changes to the Program
    Chill & Flow may modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty rewards program at any time without prior notice. However, any points already issued will remain valid until their expiry date.
  • Dispute Resolution
    In the event of any dispute relating to loyalty points, Chill & Flow’s decision shall be final.

14. Gift Cards

  • Validity
    Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, after which they will automatically expire and cannot be redeemed or extended.
  • Redemption
    Gift cards may be redeemed toward any Chill & Flow services, including AC servicing, plumbing, and system cleaning, subject to availability and standard booking terms.
  • Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
    Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part. They are non-transferable and intended for the original recipient only.
  • Partial Use
    If the total value of the gift card is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance will stay valid until the expiry date. No extension beyond the original 12 months will be granted.
  • Lost or Stolen Cards
    Chill & Flow is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Please treat your gift card as cash.
  • Booking Requirements
    Services redeemed with a gift card must be booked in advance and are subject to our normal service area and scheduling availability.
  • Changes to Terms
    Chill & Flow reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, provided such changes do not adversely affect already issued gift cards.
