Your Home AC System
This is responsible for dissipating the heat from your house.
Located outside of your property (usually on the roof)
Condenser Coils | Every 4 months (Inspect & Clean) |
Refrigerant Tank | Every 4 months (Inspect & Recharge Gas as needed) |
Electrical Capacitor | Inspect & Replace if required |
This is responsible for removing the heat from your rooms, filter the air and circulate cool air. Warm air passes through cooling coils which creates water. This water is captured by the drain tray and is drained away.
Located inside of your property (suspended in the ceiling)

This is responsible for moving the cool air (supply) and removing the warm air (return) from rooms

The brain of your system, the thermostat is responsible to regulate your room's temperature. It is responsible for turning on/off the AC system based on the temperature you have set.
Each unit is controlled by its own thermostat. This is how you will be able to determine the number of AC units your home has.

Your Home Plumbing System
In Dubai, villas have water storage tanks, usually underground. This allows for uninterrupted access to water through your property.
Float valve regulates the amount of water in the tank, ensuring it does not overfill
Foot valve is needed to ensure water doesn’t flow back when pump is off
* Labour for replacing Foot Valve & Float Valve Free of Charge when booking Water Tank Service with Chill & Flow. Replacement parts are chargeable. This is an optional service at your discretion

The beating heart of your home water supply. Usually located outside, the water pump automatically switches on when your taps are opening using pressure regulators to send on/off signals.

Hot water is supplied by electrical water heaters fitted which are either suspended from your ceiling for each bathroom & kitchen (apartments & older villas in Dubai) or one central water heater, in some cases solar-assisted unit fitted on roofs.
Solar-panel wash is included free of charge in our AC Services.
