Whilst you may not be an expert in AC & Plumbing, it is your right to know what has been done or what is being recommended. We also have a duty to document this for your reference and to ensure we live up to our commitment of transparency.
AC Filters cleaned.
AC Drain tray & lines cleaned & flushed.
AC Condenser (Roof) inspected, gas level checked and washed.
AC Vents wipes & cleaned.
Each AC Service typically lasts 45 mins to 1 hour.
You should receive a system health report / feedback on units which have been serviced.
Area where AC evaporator (indoor) is located to be completely sheeted & masked, protecting your personal belongings.
In some instances, creating access will be required. This will mean cutting the ceiling around the area of your AC unit to ensure technicians can access your unit. (Don't worry, this is more common than you might think).
Disassembling of AC evaporator unit: removing drip tray, fan motor & blowers. This is the only way to ensure good access to coils and clean any dust & mold build up.
Washing of all components using industry standard chemicals designed specifically for AC coils.
Sanitizing unit to ensure complete cleaning is done.
Re-install all components, test and run AC unit to confirm all is working fine.
Where applicable, if you opt for ceiling repair following your service, this will be undertaken.
Cleaning of work area to leave it spotless, as it was when started.
Each AC Coil Cleaning Service typically takes 3.5hrs - 4.5hrs
Area where AC vents are located (indoor) to be completely sheeted & masked, protecting your personal belongings. This includes any surrounding furniture.
AC vents are removed and thoroughly washed.
Run industry leading purpose built machine RotoBrush, in to ducting to remove dust & debris.
Once cleaning has completed, fogging of ducting should be done to sanitize ducting system.
Re-install freshly cleaned vents, ensuring they fit seamlessly in their position.
Cleaning of work area to leave it spotless, as it was when started.
Each AC Duct Cleaning Service typically takes 1.5hrs - 2hrs
Water should be drained of water before service begins. This is done using high-power submersible pump.
Removing of large debris, deposits and material build up from tank.
Using appropriate solutions (food safe) to scrub & clean water tank.
Thoroughly rinse water tank of cleaning solution and remove all liquids from tank.
Optional: Highly recommended to install new foot valve (located at the bottom of the tank) and float valve (located at the top), labour is free and all you pay for is the valves.
Open water to refill tank, observe correct operation of filling and float valve.
Where fitted, clean all internal house tap aerators to remove debris and deposit that has collected.
Each Water Tank Cleaning Service typically takes 2.5hrs - 3.5hrs
Please note: during Water Tank Cleaning you might not have access to water in your home. Highly recommended to plan in advance if you require access to water during the service time.
